OK, so I celebrated my birthday this weekend. Several days of eating out and desserts.... it is time for some damage control this week! My goal is to be good this week and then weigh next Monday morning. Wish me luck!
Cinnamon Roll Shake: (1) Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake, splash of vanilla extract, generous amount of cinnamon. Next time I think I will add a banana for thickness and to make it more filling.
So happy to say I am down one pant size after one month! I have quite a few clothes in that size that haven't been worn in a year or two. So, I feel like I treated myself to a shopping spree without even leaving the house.
Here is my first shot at a Pumkin Pie Shake: (1) Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake with 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, and a dash of ground ginger and cloves. Pretty Good! I think the next time I am going to up the pumpkin to 1/2 cup and add a little more spices.
