I started getting back on track last week after getting out of routine over the holidays. Why don't I remember how good it feels to get in the workouts, eat healthy, and have a regular sleep schedule? Advocare is another component in how I feel. I got so much stuff done this weekend because I had the energy to get off the couch and get going! (It turned out to be a much better thing to do than watching the entire Dallas Cowboy game anyway. Maybe next year will be their
year?)
