My shake this morning is the Berry shake with about 4 frozen strawberries and half a frozen banana. Very yummy!
The key to me following any type of exercise or eating routine is variety. I go stir crazy and fall off the wagon if something is too repetitive. I like that the Meal Replacement Shakes from Advocare make a great base for me to add different ingredients and flavors to.
